well certainly HONEY SMACKS remains a favorite

and while most think kiddie sugary cereals are just for kids

NOPE! I still will eat anything from Fruit Loops to Life Ceral

but the one I miss, one that no longer exists

I never really got to eat the junk cereals, unless they came as a part of the variety pack! I remember liking the Honey Smacks.

ETA: Oh I guess they still sell those! I don't think I know any retro cereals!

It was first called Sugar Smacks.

I can remember seeing the two cereals sold simultaneously at Woodwards Food Floor (grocery section of now-defunct Alberta J.C. Penney-type department-store chain), as well as Safeway and Co-op.

There was also Sugar Pops by Kelloggs (edit: it may have been sold Canada-only), the commercials for which featured Woody

Cool! This was the only kid's cereal my mum occasionally let me have. I'd take out the Lucky Charms and save them in my pocket for throughout the day... LOL
