ANOTHER I-130 TOUCH TODAY! Aaaaahhh... I see a NOA2 on the horizon!

K3 *CR-1* Journey

2002: Met and started to date, long distance the whole time!

2006: Engaged

10.2006: Contacted lawyer to begin paperwork

4.30.07: Legally Married in Ft. Myers, FL

8.25.07: Religious Ceremony in St. John's, NL

12.6.07: Paperwork filed to USCIS (after trouble w/lawyer)

1.18.08: I-129F NOA1

2.29.08: I-129F Touch

3.13.08: I-130 NOA1

3.19.08: I-130 Touch

6.30.08: I-130 Touch!

7.1.08: I-130 Touch again!

9.3.08: I-130 NOA2!!!! (And weirdly, I-129F denial. Guess I'm going CR-1 route!)

6.23.09: Package... 3? 4? I don't know, but Andrew had his interview date scheduled.

8.14.09: Interview

Has anyone had any NOA2 from VSC for their k3???

we got both I-130 and I-129f approvals on June 25, 2008

03/14/08 - NOA1

06/25/08 - NOA2

03/18/08 - Send I-129F

03/28/08 - NOA1

06/25/08 - NOA2

07/02/08 - NVC out

07/16/08 - DHL Delivered???

07/22/08 - Package arrived China, needs 4 weeks to 2 months to be open - according to DOS

07/28/08 - was told to call to check for updates. As of today, still waiting for GUZ to open package.

08/29/08 - Package open and P3 send out

09/09/08 - P3 Received

09/09/08 - P3 sent back to GZ

10/31/08 - P4 Received

11/26/08 - Interview

WOW!! Congratulations... hope it will be good news!!! I think I am the last December to have a touch. :angry:Still waiting!!!

I-130 NOA1 : 2008-02-04

I-129F Sent : 2008-02-08

I-129F NOA1 : 2008-02-11

07/11/2008 - Approved for both I-129F and I-130 (e-mail)!!!!!!!

Was it expedite?

no, actually i'm shocked! i left the country since May to visit my husband and when i got in today, i have these 2 hard copies of NOA2 sitting in my mail box.
