I was looking at the K3 immigration timelines and was excited to see how many NOA2 approvals there have been so far! Here are the ones I saw and I will put them in according to when they sent in the I129F (Which as we know, is after we have already received our NOA1 for the I130.) Are you ready? May I have a drum roll please? lol...

just after I filed the I129 did I get a touch but that was it in June....... but I did go to the portal and look at the other moroccan visas and they seem to get their NAO2 after 2months 2 weeks... weird (out of CSC)

So that is about 75 days? That is not soo horrible... we are over halfway there, eh?

NO KIDDING! I am going crazy. It has been 16 weeks and one day since I saw my husband. He is supposed to be here 3 weeks from tomorrow and yet.. the time seems to be dragging. I hope that the interview thing doesn't take as long as the "expected" timelines show... cuz that will be another long stint to survive through. This has been a very trying experience. I love my husband, but... man I wish there was an easier way to keep us together while all this is pending rather than apart. I guess that is why I should have known about the K1 thing ahead of time? Hind sight is 20-20. *sigh* Hang in there!

If you check your status at USCIS.gov case status online, you can tell if it has been touched by the date it shows last updated... that sometimes changes even when there are no real changes they report ... does that make sense?

well it's been 2 months since recieving my NAO1 for CR1 and the only touch I recieved was from filing my I129f and that touch was in June... since then nothing still.. I am holding my breath for the first week in August....

I hear you and am right there with you! Our first NOA1 was on the same day... I would love to see it before August 9, because that is when my husband passes through customs to come here for the birth. We will see!!!

SO I think I'm technically a July filer for the I-129f- but as you can see by my signature, I've been touched twice in the last week.

Does that mean an approval may be coming soon?

My I-130 hasn't been touched since they recieved it, which makes me kind of sad! But, I'll take what I can get!
