I am just curious out of the April, May and June 2008 filers, who has been touched so far? I am also curious about who has already received their NOA2?

I have been touched twice. Once on June 3 and once on June 6. I don't h ave my NOA2 yet for either the I129F or the I130.

As someone pointed out in another thread we only have 9 days left in June! Can you believe it!?!

Hey... for those of you who are May 2008 filers... I wanted to put a couple links here for us to all keep in contact:

The spreadsheet thirdsjen made :

APRIL/MAY TRACKING SPREADSHEET

There are currently 4 threads that I know of for us:

Tracking May '08 filers

April/May/June 2008 filers, Touched???

tracking MAY fillers ?????????????????, hand in hand

May 2008 filers

And I know there is a 5th one too! I just can't find it at the moment. It looks like a lot of us are wanting to keep in contact with eachother. I am a May 2008 filer for both I130 and I129F.

Blessings,

Shiri

hi shiri.. i didn't know there was that many MAY threads... guess you have a lot of time in your hands to find them.. hehehehe.. just kidding! thanks for lumping us all together.. guess there was a lot more than i thought.. maybe ill put them all in our tracker.. basically, i've just placed everyone in there who wanted to be there... so if anybody wants to be added, lemme know!

oh, and i was only "TOUCHED" once, when they entered my case into the system, i guess. the 2nd "TOUCH" was because they messed up my address and i had to have it changed.. so basically, nobody has really looked into our case at all.. cept for when i made them do it..

You are welcome! Thanks for the tracker. It is awesome! And as far as the time, I wanted to try and keep them straight and so I did a search and found a couple new ones. Today has been a nice relaxing day for me and this is something that really interests me. Sometimes it's almost like I think if I look around enough that things will "magically" happen faster... lol... but it's so nice to see what is happening with those of us who started this paperwork processing journey. We all started the journey with our loved ones at different times. I have known my husband for 3 years and we have been married for 15 months. I was just wondering about the touching thing and how it relates if it does at all.

blessings,

Shiri

Oh, I bet! I am really hoping that the journey goes on super fast speed too! It looks like you sent your I-130 the day we found out that we have to start this journey or my husband would be banned from the US for good. They told us he was no longer considered a visitor because we are married and he couldn't enter until we started this process for an immigration or a k3 visa.... so here we are! I wish I had known some of what I know now long before... but there has to be a reason that things are happening the way they are... I just wish I understood it better! lol... As you can probably see in my signature line my husband and I are expecting a baby. It's my fourth, but his first. We are hoping and praying that when he goes to cross the border to be present for the birth we get a compassionate guard. He will only stay 2-3 weeks. We have been planning two, but I haven't bought his ticket here yet, so right before I do, we will have to make the call. Anyways.. keep us posted! I hope it does go very quickly for you!!! :)

I am just curious out of the April, May and June 2008 filers, who has been touched so far?

Well, our 129 was only touched once to tie it to the 130 on 5/22. Our 130 was touched on 5/23, 5/26/ 5/27, and 5/29. Nothing since. I guess that the adjudicators were passing the file around laughing at the pictures we submitted!

I started watching the webpage many times a day after seeing all the touches but after this amount of time with no additional I made up my mind to only look at it once a day from here out.

False hope, kinda like the Lakers jumping out to 15 point first quarter leads, ahem.

I look at it too, but man, I hear you. I know that I will look at both the VJ site and the USCIS site more than once a day.

I started a tracker for this thread. It is not at good as the one that Thirdsjen made, but it includes touches. I just think the "touches" with everything would be an interesting thing to look at.

I agree. I noticed from your Smileytime that I was last with my wife about 12 hours after you were with your hubby, too stinkin' long. I have less than 77 days until I'm back.

WOW! So that means your last day to see her was on March 29th too? I am hoping to see him on August 17, but that depends on the guard that he sees when going through the Ambassador Bridge between Windsor, Ontario and Detroit, Michigan.... long story, but I have to buy a ticket from Detroit to Denver on the 17 of August and a ticket from Den to Montreal on the 3 of September and we may not get to use them depending on the person we see. But this is his first and only biological child, so we really would like him to be here for it. I hope the time goes by quickly til you are reunited with your spouse!

Shiri
