My son has just gotten scabbies from going to a friends house. We are suppose to go to St lukes on Monday. Does anyone know if Scabies will make my son fail even if he is taking meds to cure himself of the scabies

Thanks

Oh the poor thing! Scabies is easily treated so it should not pose a problem as far as 'failing' the medical but I wonder if they would delay approving until he is fully cleared so as to prevent infestation. Pehaps someone with experience can help you more.

Scabies definitely won't be a permanent barrier to getting approved and it does clear up quickly with treatment. Hopefully there will be no delay in your approval because of it. I wouldn't worry about this - just make sure he keeps up the treatments. Good luck.
