Morning.

I think he was listed as 'critical' in the paper because he was in the critical care area of the hospital. Maybe the 'airlifting' by a helicopter added to his critical title.

Yes the funeral is today and I sure wish one of you could come with me. Ya got 6 hours to get here.

Thanks Olivia and Prena for using Dawn's rememberance avatar that Amal made for us. I will be using it for today and then moving it back to my signature. (next to the ihop cup)

Well thats it for me today. I am going to work for 4 hours then drive over to Darien.

Jackie, if you have any follow-up news items (links) to share about further charges or whatever, I'd appreciate you posting them or at least PM'ing me. I've been searching google & Chicago Tribune for all 3 of their names and not finding anything but the original story and Dawn's "legacy" page. I'm really interested to follow up on this story if possible.

My prayers are w/ you today for Dawn's funeral as well as my continual prayers for Hatem and Dawn's family. Please do let Hatem know how much Dawn is loved and how much she will be missed by so many. May God give you strength to get through the day. (F)

My friend, Becky, just arrived to stay with me for the weekend in this Haunted House. I swear I heard the footsteps again last night and then banging this morning to wake me up! :unsure:

You may want to buy the pack of ciggy's and leave them ( or some ) with her. This way, you will be bestowing upon her the highest of honour.

Just for today then I will stop. I just know the smoking section will be outside the funeral home and if I want to light up I don't want to look like a moocher 'xcuse me can i get a smoke?' I'm missing my Kools.

Melinda you will do just fine hun i will continue to pray for you about it (F) I am happy for you because it sounds very good! Goodmoring to everyone i am off today YIPPEE! i had such a long week i am due for a full reset today and just spend some time with my little girls. My love will be here in 4 days and i am relaxing up until that day so i can just enjoy him being here once he arrives because i will not make myself crazy by doing too much i just can't wait to see him at this point everyelse will come later. I wish you all a beautiful and blessed day and i pray that all waiting will be hearing some good news soon!! Enjoy everyone! :thumbs:

4/22/2008--He was approved for the Visa 2-3 weeks until he recieves it in the mail lets hope so!!

Jackie, Be strong and share the love of VJ with Dawns Family (F) (F) (F) They will be in our prayers today and so will you... I have had my share of funerals of family and some of friends and its heartbreaking to not have someone you love with you anymore...

AJ1 we all share the joy with you when your fella gets here... its such a blessing that your day is coming next week! May you have a sweet and blessed reunion with him....

As for us today ... at noon my sister and I are going to MassageEnvy to go get a one hour massage... $39 for first time visitors... a much needed massage at that! good news on this somber day (dipsticks) is now moving on after two years of waiting, i have little converstation with her i know she leaves due to the stress of hearing nothing but now maybe she will return......(min i have to remove my cats tail from keyboard) ok back and i talked to ahmed watched our neice play in a swim pool i took her (blow up kind) last trip IN THE HOUSE TV ROOM, i told him this is for (outdoors patio) he said he knew just for me to see her play they will do the mess.....oh my
