On the I-134 application, question #10 (I have submitted a visa petition(s) to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on behalf of the following person(s). If none, state none.)

do i use my current fiance's info, or is this for people who had a past fiance application?

Thanks all

That is incorrect... You put your fiance's name.

See Example form for more information.

Haole's answer is correct for number 9. Kim and Russ' answer is correct for number 10.

If it's a co-sponsor they put NONE for both, though, is that right? Since the co-sponsor didn't sumbit the petition? I know that wasn't the question of the OP, but I would like to know. Thanks!!

Good question Skyler. Yes, you would put none then since the joint sponsor did not send the petition for the beneficiary...providing they have not ever sent a petition or (as in #9) never submitted another affidavit of support.
