So I did a search, but didn't find the exact answer.

My fiance is wondering exactly how many pictures he'll need. He has to send in DS-156 in duplicate, so does he have to put photographs on the front of each?

Then he needs one for the medical. Does he need another copy of his passport photo at the actual interview or will the one/two on the DS-156 be sufficient?

Thanks-

Cheryl

He has to glue each picture to the each DS-156. If they asked for 2 forms, that means 2 pictures one on each form.

Just wanted to add.. when you print the DS-156 there is blank square to glue to picture.

Besides from the pictures for the medical and the 2 pictures for each DS-156 he wont need any other picture for the interview.
