Hello I would like to know if someone will be able to help me out on this problem:

My fiancee was told he will be getting his visa as soon as he gets his new medical test results in. He was told he does not have to make an appointment as his interview is done. Can he go to the embassy any day it is open and drop off the results and his passport? Passports are held for a few days and visa pickups are Tuesdays and Thursdays. We are both not sure how it works

First of all Congrats on the approved visa.

I would suggest that you're doing as told, i.e. drop the medical results along with his passport of at the embassy.

Try the Sub-Saharan forum. There you might find better advise from first hand experience about the procedures at the US Embassy in Senegal.

All the best for you and your SO!!!

In every difficulty lies an island of opportunity.
