AOS FEES!

Hello all:

Im studying the new process i will have to do in a few months or few weeks.. Im getting married Next month and after that we will start our aos process

I have a few questions!

The fee for the aos plus the biometrics is 1010 that sfor the I 485 .. with that package the I 130 goes also which is 355, and with that the EAD goes also which is 340 and the AP that i s 305 ...

I read somewhere that the AOS fee inlcudes the ap and ead FEES is that true?

what is the total that one has to pay for this process!?!?!

SORRY i THINK I WAS CONFUSED REGARDING i 130 FEE I DONT EVEN HAVE TO USE THAT IN THE AOS PROCESS =)

If you are filing for AOS, the fee for form I-485 is $1010 which includes the $80 Biometrics fee. I-130 fee is $355. If you are submitting EAD application at the same time as I-485, there will be no additional fee charged for the EAD. However, you will need to pay a fee for the AP. Hope this helps

Yes, only $1,010 is needed for the AOS, and it includes EAD and AP if these interim benefits are applied for at the same time as AOS. If you apply for either EAD or AP separately and before AOS, then you have to pay their fees. If you choose not to apply for EAD or AP at the same time as AOS, you can submit the applications later and they will be free if you include a copy of the NOA for the I-485.

Correct, adjusting from K-1 does NOT require an I-130

Have one question: what happens if we don't have a copy of our 797 Petition Approval Notice? can I include a printed page from the uscis website that the notice was sent? it includes the receipt number

How will they link the receipt number to your name? it could be anyone's receipt number.
