Okay Im already collecting my forms when I re-file in a month, but I need a Multiple Petition Wavier under IMBRA.

Is this a form I complete, or do I just write a letter when I re-file. Any input would be helpful, for I can not find a form on this.

Thanks NicoleX08 I did a type-o it will be in 2 months from today actually!! YEAH!!!!! But thank you, Im so excited again and feel like my life is coming together again after the severe blow I took a few weeks ago.

2 months is better than the 6 months that you had originally thought. Maybe you can use an address in the California Service Center location and get sent to CSC instead of VSC. You can use my address if you want. I am Ohio and in CSC territory!
