..so hopefully I won't be stopped, grilled, burnt or taken apart by the IO. I am built to the teeth with evidence of my return home so I shouldn't encounter a big problem but I am prepared. I will update ya'll and let you know the deal when I get back July 3rd!

We are at the stage awaiting our NOA2.

Cheers VJ lovelies -x-

ps: can't wait to squeeze his butt cheek and everything else

Nich-Nick very interesting post... thanks for the link. Are you sure your buddy was being honest when they said they are not able to detect a K1 being filed in the system? I've heard plenty of times in these forums that K1s are on the systems once applied for?.. I suppose it doesn't really matter what they can or can not see on the system. Unless you have a criminal record then yes you should be worried.

I just happened to get the real nasty IOs on all my visits to the US, always stopped and luggage searched every time leaving my clothes tossed like a salad. Almost missed my connection flight twice being in passport control grilled and being asked the same question in 4 different ways. I am quite pretty if I say so myself  maybe I have terrorist looking features or an untrustworthy face but I had decent attire on and had roughly $500 with me to last a week. I've got the best lawyer in town and my lawyer told me once I'm at POE and they give me a hard time to call him and let him have a word with the IO. He used to be a top IO at that POE.. otherwise your post made a very interesting read and was very helpful. Cheers Nich all the best xox

Research the posts of the VJ member 'zyggy' who used to be a CBP agent. You can get a lot of insight from him also.
