Dont say taht yet. I dont know how it is going to turn out. Especially since I rigged the recipe, lol

ok so apparently there is a difference betwen unbleached and all purpose flour. So I wonder how all purpose flour got the name if it is not indeed all purpose?) And it is not golden brown even after cooking for 20 mins. No olive oil in the house either so I put melted butter on top of them as I think (maybe anyways) that the olive oil on the crust was meant to help it with benng golden brown. So...what now? I will go to the store and get UNBLEACHED flour and OLIVE oil (so I dont need to use veggie oil and butter;) And I will start over again and I wont ad lib on the recipe this time:)

Meanwhle here is a pic of the current result for your laughing pleasure. Feel free to laugh at my expense;) Just dont tell habibi or his family about this. In his family, the womeln make fun of you if you don't clean and cook to their liking...but I got a long way to go:(
