Both answers are correct.

If you're adjusting from K1 you just need one for the person adjusting

If you're adjusting from a non-spousal visa you need both

We had to file I-130 with our AOS and my husband needed to fill out G-325A for himself. I guess if you entered on K-1 visa and USCIS already has your wife's biografical form, she doesn't need to file another one. My lawyer attached my husband's G-325A to our I-485, too. It is better to be safe then sorry. But I think if you are K-1 holder you should be fine.
