I only have the following documents to prove our marriage.

Here is the only file I got

Tax return 2007-2008 ( both in our names )

Photos of us together

Credit cards, Master card, American Express, Discover card, Sams Card (all in my name or married name with him)

Greeting cards or Holiday cards from the family member, ( some in both names and some just mine)

Marriage certificate ( I even lost it, dont know where it is now)

My greencard and will expire june 11, 2009

Drivers license ( my name or married name)

SSN no. ( my name or married name)

My name is not on his house becuase his ex wife still on that name including the water bills and the electricity bills, and phone bills, we dont have insurance together also even on his auto insurance, how can i prove to them the we stayed in a one house i have some mails a holiday cards addressing both of us and in the same address thats all, please what else i need to collect to proved that we marry in good faith? are those evidences i got above is enough or not?

I would say that in your case you might need as many affidevits from people as you can get. My lawyer said that affidevits are the weakest evidence and not needed at all. But I guess in case when there is not so much docs about residence and banks, might help. Ask neighbours, doctors, family, friends...anybody.

HUH? Ex still paying? If not I suggest you have them all changed to your name jointly. If she is?? :bonk:

Looks like you have lots of time before you have to apply.

OOPS ! Sorry I didn't know you were/are divorced!

Unless hubby ex? will help you need a lawyer!.
