Yes its been that way since before our first interview i believe

04/04/2007 K1 Interview from H...w/the devil herself

06/12/2007 Rec'd Notification Case Now Back In Calif. only to expire

02/23/2008 Mailed CR1 application today

03/08/2008 NOA1 Notice Recd (notice date 3/4/08)

08/26/2008 File transfered fr Vermont to Calif

10/14/2008 APPROVALLLLLLLLLLLL

10/20/2008 Recd hard copy NOA2

10/20/2008 NVC Recd case

11/21/2008 CASE COMPLETE

01/15/2009 INTERVIEW

01/16/2009 VISA IN HAND

01/31/2009 ARRIVED OKC

Is that true for all visas?.. I am confused is that what we are to send with the tax returns and pay stubs???

They told me it is not required for the K visas. I know that for the CR1 or IR1 you need one. I'm pretty sure it's the I-864. But that is a different packet. I would bring one if you applying for one of the K visas, just in case. You never know what they might spring on you last minute.

well I suspect it will be a while but I will make copies to send to habibi... or be there for the interview insha'allah.

Ok this is for all those going thru casa embassy!!!

Embassy does NOT need Affidavit of Support. I e-mailed them, and they e-mailed me back that it was not required.

Im doing the K-3 and am just waiting for my husband to get the packet, do we need pay stubs and a letter from my employer? Im just waiting to get back to work from an injury(Ive been out for about 3 months)Im nervouse I wont get back to work in time. :whistle:

i remember when doing the k1 we had ready (just in case) not to the point of cr1 yet but it does involve a little more
