I can't begin to tell you the number of times I have been attacked in this community because my petition for Wes got a 15 day NOA2. I bet you didn't know that this good fortune makes me a moron; makes me unsympathetic; makes me pompous; and any number of other egregious sins.

I'm to the point I just want to post as rudely as I possibly can too. But I play the stupid game of trying to educate the offender.

Forget about 'em. We were lucky enough file as the first group with the new post-IMBRA form and it took us three months through CSC. VSC was processing in less than 2 weeks. BUT This was while tons of couples were stuck waiting to clear the IMBRA backlog and were waitings months longer than us.

Our three month wait was tough, but looking around it was easy to see lots of people had it much tougher and the process can be unpredictable at any level. Anyone who takes just a minute of time to understand the system, read a bit of the threads and has a little compassion for others isn;t going to attack anyone.

These posters aren't worth your valuable time. Concentrate on all those you have helped (me included!)

Well, my thanks for the kind words.

But this really isn't just about me. The discourtesy which was levied against me today is often used against other posters. I've seen it happen time and again in many threads to many 'veteran' members. I'm fairly certain it has contributed to the exodus of some of them.

Personally I've lost track of the number of times it has happened to me. Dozens would not be an exaggeration. I use to have my timeline in my signature but deleted it because the frequency of the attacks was particularly bad this winter as the fee increase backlog drug on.

Bottom line though - this type of rude behavior is just one example of the type of garbage that goes on in the upper forums. In many ways it is far worse than any bickering that occurs in Off Topic, because the quibbling, posturing and conjecturing which goes on in the upper forums has the potential to negatively impact cases.
