hello

everytime i check my case online it says -Current Status: Case received and pending.

some of our Vj friend are informing that their case are touch what does that mean.. when is my case gonna touch

i have filed both I-130 & I-129F in April and everytime I check online it says Current Status: Case received and pending.

wil u please make me clear about this matter

You can tell that someone touched your file, when the "last updated date" changes. My petitions were touched today, thus that field reflects today's date.

When you first log in, you'll see your cases listed. You'll see the receipt number, a Y/N indicator for e-mail notification, and you will also see the date listed. The date listed represents the last time your petition(s) was touched.

Yeah, I have seen a couple different dates on mine... the only two I remember is when it was changed and that was June 3 and June 6, so if I go in and look at the date and it says something else, then my case has been touched again... make sense?

Case Complete: 12/1/2008

Interview: 03/24/2009

Received approved visa (after RFE in interview): 04/21/2009
