I see that in the guide, it says, "Include any additional required supporting documentation or photos as well as payment as noted here." for the I-765.. But things like the copy of I-94 and 2 passport photos were already listed earlier in the guide.

Does that mean I'll have to provide duplicate copies (2 I-94 copies and 4 passport photos) for the I-765 form, or will they make use of the material already in the package?

Its best to provide the duplicate copies. As some AOS gets transferred to another office. Better to compile documents as if you filing them (each application) separately.

Its best to provide the duplicate copies. As some AOS gets transferred to another office. Better to compile documents as if you filing them (each application) separately.
