When will NVC invoice my IV fee bill

Hey guys! I've been reading your posts because I just paid my AOS fee bill online today and my husband e-mailed the NVC the DS3032 Choice of Agent today as well.

My question for you guys is... when you e-mailed the DS3032 Choice of Agent, did you include a barcode? Since my AOS fee is still IN PROCESS, I wasn't able to print a barcode cover sheet. My husband went ahead and mailed the DS3032 without the barcode. Do you think this is ok? Will NVC accept e-mail without a barcode?

hello,

no u dont have to indicate the barcode in your choice of agent... once the AOS is paid you can print the barcode together with the AOS form... same for your DS230 tc and goodluck

Email DS3032 doesn't need the barcode, you only need barcode for DS3032 when you choose to mail it to NVC.

Hi,..Again!!!!! I am here with GOOD NEWS AGAIN !!!!!!!!

I checked my status online this morning and it's shows PAID for IV fee bill !!!!! And I was able to print Barcode cover sheet to send with completed DS-230(I HAVE COMPLETED I-864 AND DS-230 FORMS WITH SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS AND READY FOR MAILING TO NVC)WHEN SHOULD I MAIL THOSE FORMS?)????,....

I have question here Can I send I-864 and DS 230 together same day in seperate envelope or I just send today I-864 and wait for tomorow to send DS-230,..????What you think guys,....??? And something more,..They didn't send me yet that package I-864 but I have all completed documents for I-864 and form also filled out everything completed even that barcode cover sheet I made with VJ shortcuts,...They accepted AOS fee bill and it's PAID,... Can I send them form I-864 now,..or I should wait for I-864 package from NVC????

Hey Goxi, congrats!!! you could mail them your I-864 AOS package right now!!! After they receive you I-864 package you could mail them your DS230 package then!!!

You can send the DS-230i and I-864 together, or separately, as long as the bar codes are enclosed in each envelope.

However, if they don't arrive at NVC on the same day, you may later get a spurious notification that some of your documents are incomplete. The notification is sent automatically to your agent.

Don't worry about barcode for DS-3032,..NVC will accept e-mail of DS-3032 without barcode,..you dont need barcode for DS-3032 when you e-mail it,....

And about AOS fee bill,..as soon as shows online PAID for yours AOS fee bill you will be able to print out barcode cover sheet,..

Thanks ,....I have tax for second and third year but I spoke with the NVC operator and she said that is optional but you must send most recent year(2007),and I did just how she said,...my both forms was generated (I-864 june 23),(ds-230 june 24),..yesterday I send I-864,and today I send ds-230,..completed with barcode coversheets and supporting documents,...JUST HOPE AND PRAY EVERTHING WILL BE OK CROSSFINGERS,...AND ABOUT WEEK OR TWO MY CASE IS GOING TO BE COMPLETED I HOPE GOD HELP ME AND GOD HELP THOSE GUYS HERE TOO ON THEIRS CASES,........GOOD LUCK TO YOU TOO GUYS HERE!!!!! First for DS-3032: There is the link with ds-3032 e-mail template http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form go there and just put your information in email and send it to: NVCINQUIRY@state.gov

And one more link for other shortcuts http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Jame%27s_Shortcut If you want to follow those shrtcuts be careful and read them carefuly and follow every step,...good luck

Second for fee bills(AOS and IV fee bill):If you pays your bills through regular mail(money order) you are NOT able to print online your barcode cover sheets,..But ,..If you pays yours fee bills online then you are able to print your (receipt) barcode cover sheet,...Still in yours case if you paid your AOS fee bill through regular mail(money order),but you didn't pay your IV fee bill yet till they approve your DS-3032 (choice of agent),once they approve your ds-3032 go online and wait till they invoce IV fee bill,once they invoiced your IV fee bill,pay it online and when it's says PAID you be able to print out barcode cover sheet for your IV fee bill(ds-230).

I repeat again,..just fees which are paid online then you are able to print barcode cover sheets.I hope I helped you to yours questions,..GOOD LUCK.!
