so what does that have to do with others who filed for I-130 / I-129F like me? not against you.. just saying, they should only concentrate on the K1 people, and not be so "wary" of everyone who filed.. sorry, just been through a lot with them.. local office interview and now tons of excuses.. they shouldn't even be doing security checks on you too.. they can't trust themselves, that's why they are doing this to everyone..

You are kidding, right? Visa fraud happens in EVERY kind of visa. I get really tired of people on here saying things like this....like just cause someone married someone else, the relationship is so much more real then those who file as a fiance.

Like someone else said, same old, same old. Extensive security checks have been going on and on and on. It's nothing new.

BTW....not really venting directly at you Gogo. The question yes. But, the rest of it, just venting at things I read on here all the time. Don't take it personally.

It happens to every visa, but K-1 is the easiest target. And has the most fraud cases. They had a whole system setup how to get green cards in countries like Russia/Ukraine/Indonesia that went through K-1 EXCLUSIVELY.

And you know what happens when they prevent the fraud usage of one visa? They just move on to the next. If someone wants to defraud, they will always find a way.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

There is still K1 visa right?

so K1 fraud will always be higher as long as its faster turnaround time.

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!
