I think JP needs a cookie.

Ok so it's pretty much between nyc and toronto, though looking more like nyc than toronto. Just curious though since we kinda fly by the seat of our pants..........................will he be ok going into and coming out of Canada with just his K-3 visa and EAD card? I perused the Canadian sites that I could find and all said he'd need his green card.

BTW it ticks me off that he would have needed a green card to apply for a job at the Post Office. Why are they the only ones who don't accept EAD cards?

I thought K-3 were multi- entry visas? Only K-1 is a one time thing. I'd go ask in the K-3 forum.

I really wanted to go on an Alaskan cruise this summer - but I was worried we were leaving US waters and they might not let my husband with his AOS pending back in. So we have a good trip to Seattle and to the Northern CA redwoods.

Have fun Bridget - wherever you go!

He'd need a visa to enter Canada as an Egyptian citizen with no green card. The K3 is multiple entry, so it's not coming back the U.S. that's the problem, it's entering Canada.
