Good luck Moh on the interview and drug test!!! I too interview for an assistant manager position at my bank next week...I hate answering questions on the spot, especially for a promotion, cause, they ask you questions like "why do u deserve this?" " why you over the next person?" and its hard to answer without sounding conceited!! i asked my regional not to interview me, and just promote, and he would, but theres 6 other people who want the spot and he says if he doesnt interview me it can turn into a Human Resource issue...oh well, ill get over it...that promotion is a Nice payraise, double the monthly commision i get now and my gateway to finally becoming a branch manager, which should happen in the next 10 months or so..they want me to be an assistant for 6 months before the next promotion.Running my own branch means HUGE pay raise, and i work when i want...i cant wait for the day where i wont have to work weekends and holidays if i dont want to!!!

We are still in Texas but leaving tomorrow morning. The pineapple princess is getting 4 new upper teeth and she hasnt been very happy this week... other than that we've had fun.

My 11 yr old graduated from Elementary school this morning.

This was my first debute in hijab in front of my parents. All went well I guess, though my father kept pointing out how they sang a CATHOLIC song (emphasis his) and how wonderful it was to see all the CROSSES on the necks of these young children.

I just booked tickets for my mom & I to go to NY for my sister's 50th bday!!! Sis lives there, her husband & friends are throwing her a big 50th Bash and mom & I will get to be there!!! Yay..... not til August, tho.

U know ... I wonder why it is that I latch on to my friends wholeheartedly. I know that when bad things happen to my friends it is as though the pain hits me too. Why do I keep letting ppl into my heart like this I've always done this and I am afraid that I don't know how to stop it. It doesn't take much for me to let someone in but the hardest part is letting them go. I wish I could be like those other ppl who look at the screen and only see words. Or the ppl who meet someone and once gone they are forgotten. Maybe then it wouldn't hurt so bad.

I hope everybody has a beautiful day. Enjoy every minute of it.

The funniest part is that he was NEVER a religious person before. Only went to church sunday because my mom made him go. LOL.
