I've seen other people's timelines which show they got their EAD say in Jan, and GC in March. Is that the normal schedule? Or is that only applicable to people who have married a US citizen?

We got our EAD in Oct of 2007 but absolutely no word on the GC yet. Neither one of us are US citizens as we're being sponsored by a US company (employment-based). TIA!!

I think it depends on what visa you used when entering the US. I too had a quick approval for AOS and EAD. I mailed my AOS ,EAD march 28 this year. I got my EAD last may 25 and my GC was approved last june 9 without interview. I finally had my GC in hand on june 16. Thanks GOD i had no RFE. I came here on a fiancee visa. I submitted complete documents to the USCIS. But there are also some here who entered the US on a K1 visa and waited long for the approval of their AOS. No one could really tell the exact things that the USCIS are doing on processing of all applications.

My AOS timeline[/b]

04-07-08= reciv NOA

04-21-08= biometrics appointment done

05-22-08=reciv EAD approval notice by email

05-25-08= reciv EAD card

06-09-08= reciv email from CRIS about AOS approved and card production ordered.

06-16-08= GC in hand....THANK YOU GOD !
