you will receive letters from uscis like of, NOA's and packet but once you receive your NOA1 you can start to track your case online by registering on uscis website and create a portfolio and activate an e-mail notification...

Hi Everyone,

I always seee everyone with their timelines. Once you send in your I-129F to the Service Center how do you stay up to date? How do you know when you have NOA1, NOA2, Package 3 sent,ect....? Do you receive letters in the mail, can you see online, ect...? Thanks for any information.

I was not sure about I-129F, but I know about I-130

1. When my case is still in USCIS ( from the moment I mailed in I-130 to I-130 approved)

We could check the case status and the time online at USCIS site https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/index.jsp

So we could check our NOA1 Receipt date and the I-130 Approved date.

2. When I-130 approved, our petition was sent to NVC ( National Visa Center ) by USCIS. And once USCIS mailed the

petition to NVC, the only option for us to check our case status and actions dates is by calling NVC (603) 334-0700

1) Automatically Services 24/7 available, check your case status and actions, press#1, then again press#1, then

press#1 enter your CIS Case Number ( if you know you NVC Case number press#2, NVC Case number would be

assigned after 1 or 2 weeks after your petition is sent to NVC by USCIS)

2) Talk to live operator for individual case questions and helps and IIN ( Invoice Identification Number ) for you to

pay I-864 AOS Fee and IV Fee (Immigration Visa Fee ) online: Press#1, then press#5 to talk to live operator.

3) When case is in NVC, we could call the NVC to check our case status anytime using automatically services.

3. When the case left NVC, if we want to know the case status, we have to call DOS (Department of State) (202) 663-1225

4. When the case is in local consulate, we have to contact the local consulate straightly for case states and interviews.

Hope this help. Btw, if I missed anything out, anyone notices it please help and make it up. Thanks.

GOOD LUCK TO YOU

ALL THE BEST TO ALL OF US
