please help me. first of all im unemployed for 3 years due of me staying with my husband,,,

my sister who is my co- sponsor and meet the poverty line, shes is not working at the moment bec, she gave birth... my sister told me shes going back to work on june 20th 2008 but she still getting a paycheck from her disability... do i need to indicate this to my letter? she can make a photocopy of her 3 years tax return and W2. but for the paystub atlest we have to wait for 2 more weeks before she can get her pay stub. if she going to start on the 20th... not sure what i have to put in the letter.... I think this is the most complicated case I have ever seen

Whatever paystubs available are fine.

You don't have to show that she is on maternity leave. Her and yours last 3 years tax returns (1040) and W-2 are good. Actually, tax transcripts are the best, if available.
