Hi

I will first apologise as i'm sure this has been asked and answered time and time again...i haven't been able to find anything as yet!

We are about to send off the initial I-129F application but i want to try and be prepared with everything else in advance. Trying to keep things as speedy as we can...haha

When does the I-134 need to be completed? When does this need to be sent off or do i take it to the interview?

The employers letter reference the I-134, how long is it good for, does it need to be very recent to when it is needed?

I hope this makes some sense, sorry my head is so muddled after just trying to get all the info in for the I-129F...and we have ages of the process left!!

Thanks

I-134 is not required when you file the I-129F, it is needed at the Visa interview.

It is recommended to have financial data attached to the I-134 that is dated fairly close to your interview, at least within a month or two before the visa interview.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

You dont need the affidavit of support until the interview stage after your petition has been approved at the uscis and sent off to the consulate.

It is better to have the supporting documentation dated after the approval date so there is no question it is current.

The Guides will help you a lot.

good luck

Dan.. from now on i'm going to wait 10 minutes before replying to anything new just in case you're right in front/behind me!

Thanks for your speedy responses.

I was beginning to think i was seriously overlooking something...perhaps i need to learn to crawl before i run huh!!

Learning to wait is going to be an achievement in itself!
