I am still currently living at my parents home. Do I need to have my own place ready before my fiance has his interview or should I wait until we do the AOS paperwork? I don't want him to get denied because I don't live on my own. Please help if you can!!!!!!!! Thanks

Where you live does not matter to the CO.

They are going to be looking at income, proof of relationship and your fiance's eligibility for the visa.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
