I-134 time limit? Do we need both our info?

I sent in my I-129F petition for my Salvadoran fiance and recently received the NOA1. I am living in El Salvador with him, but am home visiting in the States right now. I won't come back to the States again until we move back here together after the visa is issued (knock on wood). My brother will be my co-sponsor for the I-134 since I have been living in El Salvador for the past year and a half.

1 - Do we BOTH (my brother and I) need to fill out the I-134 info and provide our tax return info, or only my brother since he will be the sponsor?

2 - I am planning to fill out the form and have it notorized and get the tax return info while I am here in the States, so I don't have to pay to send it to El Salvador later. Does anyone know if there is a time requirement for how current the info has to be. In other words, assuming the interview will be in 6 months or so, can the I-134 info be filled out and signed and notorized six months previous? Or does it have to be more current?

Thank you for any info!!

1) Both should provide an I-134, this shows why the petitioner primary sponsor needs a co-sponsor.

2) Six months is fine, however, you can always fill out the I-134 while out of the country, and get it notarized at the US consulate or US Embassy.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
