hi there im just wondering if someone help me to answer this question please....

on the affidavit of upposr page page 4. no. 24b.

what should i put there i live wiht my parents and no income bec im not working. i live with my uncle step dad my mom and my granny

only my uncle is working in the family at the moment do i have to put his name on page 4 no.24b question? please help me or can i put none?

im going to use a co sponsor which is my sister and she doesnt live with us. please help me and thank you so much

hello shamangoddess...you may need to look at the attachment on that form again that tells you how to fill it out... the form is basically your proof that YOU or member/s of your household (people living with you) and if necessary the person himself who is immigrating, can be supported financially. you said your sister is your co-sponsor so better check if she qualifies to do that since she does not live with you. you dont have to put the names of the people living with you if you are not financially supporting them but you can include your uncle's income in the total household income. if it passes the poverty reqs you're ok even without your sister. if not, you have to ask your sister to live with you or live for a while with her until after the application is approved...hope this helps

Shaman, based on your details, here is the AOS procedure. Yours seems to be little complicated.

So...

1) You fill-in I-864 and you have no income. Enter your uncle in I-864 section 21-g. List uncle in section 24-b. Check the box 24-d. Your sister does not come in your I-864.

2) Your uncle will fill I-864A as joint sponsor since he lives in your address

3) Your sister will fill I-864 as joint sponsor since she lives out of your address

And attach everything together with yours on top. Please note that you cannot have more than 2 join sponsors.

i called the nvc operator and ask about how will i fill out the form

she said i dont have to put my uncles income bec his not going to be my co sponsor and she said as long my sister who is my co sponsor meet the poverty line it should be fine... thank you guys ur a big help for me thanks

I thought both your uncle and sister was needed to meet the poverty line.

Yes, if your sister can alone meet poverty line, she is more than enough for you.

So...

1) You need to fill I-864 (even though you don't have income)

2) Your sister needs to fill another I-864

There is only one place for signature in I-864. You'll sign on your form and your sister will sign on her form. That's all!

There is only one place for signature in I-864. You'll sign on your form and your sister will sign on her form. That's all!

Shaman, there will be only one barcode. And you have only one application, though there are two I-864s.
