actually fox news is a very pro mccain news station.

I suggest you do your research.

News Corp (this includes Fox) chairman & CEO Rupert Murdoch is backing Obama.

You must have missed this fairly unbalanced© Faux News gem - not exactly the treatment the station's favorite would receive:

Fox News Channel referred to Michelle Obama as "Obama's baby mama"

But then, we should perhaps cut you some slack seeing that you're still quite bitter.

OMG!!! Obama got a 4 point bounce!!!! OMG!!!! The GOP world is coming to an end!!!!!

Jeez, you are desperate. Most candidates get a 10 plus bounce. Oh, BTW, Obama has the exact same lead Kerry did on this date 4 years ago. Did you know that?

One more thing. Obama didn't really get a bounce, he is losing ground. For example I give you another poll:

Daily Presidential Tracking Poll

Wednesday, June 18, 2008

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Wednesday shows Barack Obama attracting 45% of the vote while John McCain earns 41%. When "leaners" are included, Obama holds a three-point advantage, 48% to 45%. Both results reflect a single point gain for McCain and a continued fade for Obama’s bounce. Today’s results are the closest the race has been in polling conducted since Obama clinched the Democratic Presidential Nomination (see recent daily results). Tracking poll results are updated at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time each day.

With leaners, McCain is supported by 85% of Republicans while Obama gets the vote from 79% of Democrats. Among those not affiliated with either major party, it’s Obama 46% McCain 41%. On the question of who is a better leader and whose values are closest to your own, the two candidates are essentially even .

Notice that Obama isn't getting support from his own party like McCain is. He is in real trouble.

Yet again we rely on conventional past trends to describe a political phenomenon that is not exactly set in previous trends.

Wishing you ten-fold that which you wish upon all others.

Gary, Gary, Gary. I'm sure I don't need to tell you that the presidential elections are won by gaining a majority in the electoral college. McSame's slump in PA, OH and FL is what matters. The fact that Obama is competitive (or in some cases even leading) in six states that Bush won in 2004 while McSame is competitive in only two states that Kerry won in 2004 is troubling for the prospects of a third Bush term executed by his Poodle™. National polls matter very, very little. Those that are taken from registered as opposed to likely voters - as is the case with the one's you continue to quote - matter even less. There is much less enthusiasm among the supporters of McSame as there is within the group that supports Obama. In other words, a lot will depend on which candidate turns out their vote and right now, it looks a lot better for Obama on that front than it does for McSame. While it still a long road to November, Obama leads the electoral college right now.

Keep grasping at those straws Dog. It's all you have. BTW, the poll I posted has McCain winning Florida. Rassmussen also has McCain winning Ohio:

Election 2008: Ohio Presidential Election

Ohio: McCain 45% Obama 44%

Monday, May 19, 2008

The latest Rasmussen Reports telephone survey in Ohio shows a toss-up between John McCain and Barack Obama. McCain attracts support from 45% of the Buckeye State’s Likely Voters while Obama earns support from 44%. Nationally, the race between McCain and Obama is also very competitive in the Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll.

Keep grasping at straws and searching the internet for favorable polls to alay your fears. November will be here soon enough to put you out of your misery.

ah, but I thought was one of the 'bad' polls??

Wasn't my implication. Perhaps some VJ-styled asterisks would "help" better catch it?

I think others caught it.

Now polls are bad.

For your chewing pleasure. *Italics and a lol* :star:

Is that the latest Rasmussen poll? Its a month old...

Exactly. Now McSame is behind. State-b-State [polling has him behind in the electoral college. Gary's just desperately trying to put a bit of lipstick on that poodle he's supporting.

Keep grasping at those straws Dog. You and I both know that Obama should be double digits ahead of McCain but instead he is within the MOE. Take whatever comfort you can from these early polls. It will change when they go head to head and the country sees that Obama is nothing more than Carter 2.0.
