Brad and Vika you are July 9 last touch also, I suspect you are in the box one of the case workers is working on now and will get noa2 either tomorrow or early next week. I got notice today of approval and when i checked the file it showed it was approved on Oct 30, I had checked early this morning before i went to work and it still said pending at that time. IM sure you will be approved very soon. Just hang in there I know it get depressing checking and just seeing Last touch July 9, When i checked this after noon, I fully expected to see July 9 again and had to rub my eyes and look twice to make sure i was reading it correct. Good Luck to you and everyone else waiting, I cant say be patient because my patients was at an end weeks ago, But I can wish you all good luck.

Interesting. The Kiev embassy instructions talk about an information packet - taking the place of packet three and four.

So what's happened to this thread? No news from anyone?

Anyway, my fiance passed her embassy interview back on the 5th, and received her Visa on the 12th. She'll be here before the new year. Good luck to everyone still waiting.

Vika passed medical and paid the visa fee, and we are scheduled for a January 12 interview. And in reference to my earlier post on this thread, yes I did have to change my flights, etc. all around.
