Hi. My wife has applied for and received AP documents (I-512L) for a trip to France. She has also received her EAD card I-766, in pursuit of an I-485 and I-130 application. Her French passport still has her maiden name, but all her immigration documents etc. have her married name. When coming back to the USA, does anyone know if an official marriage license would be sufficient to explain the discrepancy between passport and documents at the airport customs check-point? Thanks in advance for any help. Andy.

Oh.... and I flew to a couple of different countries 3 times and drove back and forth at least 4 times. It was the same way each time. (Passport in former name, AP in married name.)

thanks so much Krikit as that is very encouraging news...I appreciate your response :)
