Another nonsense BS answer from an out of control system with no accountability.

And of course if you are serving the community your opinion counts more than others... like the goat comment.

i agree with you. but the "atleast one" BS was given by yet another confused customer service rep.

I'm sorry... will you fill in your timeline please?

I don't know... K3s are getting a little more attention than IR1/CR1s in Vermont but not a whole lot more. But yeah, I'd file the 129F if I had to do it all again.

Another nonsense BS answer from an out of control system with no accountability.

And of course if you are serving the community your opinion counts more than others... like the goat comment.

Opinions are like armpits. Everybody has at least two and they both stink.

The answer I wrote above about the published dates is not an opinion. It's a fact. I was merely offering an explanation and querying as to why if people are approved AFTER the published date - why that would be something 'wrong' that USCIS is doing.

If you find their dates unreliable through anecdotal research then look to other sources for dates. How difficult is that?

cmnb, I would file the 129F. But get some other opinions. It is scary to give advice for anything but a K-1 right now.

####### does that mean? Since there is at least 1 application for any number of dates prior to the currently published date, that it is a fact is hardly significant. It is a fact that the date could be May 2005 or June 1999. The point is that the date is not helpful. It is a FACT that the date is not helpful.

Do you understand what reliable data is? Apparently not. I'm in science. We have a different standard for data upon which you can draw conclusions on looks like.

I find it amazingly suprising that the longer someone hangs around here the more they tend to defend the system. Or, their perception of it. I wonder, if you had a life, would you still be here? If you think you are helping, you're probably giving yourself a bit too much credit.

As you are in science, I presume you are aware of the fact that true data often must be obtained through independent research. Given that assumption I'm rather surprised at your rant against published bureaucratic statistics. Such figures are widely known to be unreliable.

I don't defend the system. I explain it. There is a difference.

You may thank me now for that explanation or thank me later. Perhaps while you are apologizing for your uncalled for attack.

PS - your edit wasn't fast enough.

(I'm going for the IR-1 and blowing off the K-3. Even if it takes an extra couple months, it's worth it to not have to deal with USCIS again)

And the goat comment was way out of line. In fact, it seemed racist.

Actually, if anything, it would be sexist, not racist. Is there really a race that fellates goats? For working at a "big company" and being in science, you aren't too bright, are you?

You might want to read back through the posts and see just who it was who insulted whom first, cuz it wasn't me....

You've been a b!tch to me, and you've been a b!tch to RebeccaJo. Consider any long wait you have to be karma biting your #######.

I'm feeling pretty demoralized. I was thinking about blocking this site and the USCIS site from my daily rounds just so I can stop feeling so irritated and sad about the process AND my government.

This doesn't hurt my relationship with my husband as much as it hurts my "relationship" with my country.

amen, in fact our relationship is so strong, its amazing, but how long do we have to be kept apart, it would really be nice to have him here with my kids

considering they are 15, 16, and 17 and I have raised them on my own since I was pregnant with the youngest one, and only met there biological dad once when my youngest was 11 years old, sad and pathetic,

my husband is so amazing with my kids and they really look to him for guidance , they have called him dad for years now , they love him as much as i do, its so upsetting, July 30th again, arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

its just not fair

Of if a points system was applied to their education, ability to speak english, etc. and such points were tied to their admission?

I'd totally approve of it! Isn't that what smart civilized countries like Canada do in a sense??
