Has anyone encountered a problem when filing form I-485 without evidence of medical record in the package?

Per instruction on form I-485, it did ask for your medical record. I am not going to include this in the package since USCIS already has a copy in their file as recently as 7 to 8 months ago when my fiancee has her medical exam & entered the US. I heard somewhere in VJ discussion forum that we do not need to include this evidence (medical record) in this package. Is it true that we need not include? If this is the case, then I'll want to avoid it altogether. Any one shed a light on this subject.

you don't need to submit a copy of your entire medical exam. BUT you are required to submit a supplementary copy of your vaccination (I-693a). This is clearly stated in I-485 instructional forms.

April 07, 2010 - packet delivered and signed

April 12, 2010 - check was cashed

April 13, 2010 - received NOA1 (dated 04/08/10)

May 07, 2010 - Biometrics

May 10, 2010 - Touched

June 23, 2010 - APPROVED WITHOUT INTERVIEW!!!
