FILING AOS

Does anyone know how long after 90 days one MUST file AOS application? I know you can file shortly after get married within 90 days. Can one wait one month to file it , or 2 month, etc? What is the deadline that one must file this application after married? Any information would be greatly appreciated

There isn't a deadline. But, obviously, the sooner the better. I filed about 6 weeks past my I-94 expiry date.

Thank you, I was a bit worry because I am thinking of file sometime in July, 2008. I know the USCIS website discussed about filing during the 90 days period and shortly after get married.

We filed 4 1/2 years after our deadline. No problems at all.

I filed 6 months after we get married. I didn't have any problem at all...
