Whats a PTA? and does this apply to US citizens too?

Philippine Tourism Authority (PTA)... no it does not apply to US citizens but it applies to Tintin... if she bought her ticket through a local travel agency, most likely the PTA was already included but if you bought her ticket in the US, she will need to pay the 1620 at the airport before departure or as Haole has stated she could pay it at the local PTA office.

Finding Low Cost Botox Injections If I go to the Philippines for medical tourism, can I find Botox Injections at affordable rates? And is the Philippines even a safe option? I’ve heard mixed reviews.
