I am so sorry to read this thread. My heart goes out to Hatem and their family. May he recover from his physical injuries and may God help heal all of their hearts. I never really knew Dawn but do remember some of her posts and I pray for all of you that are suffering due to her passing.

Like everyone here, I am so sorry to read of Dawn's passing. I don't get on VJ as much as I would like but it's always nice to see the new members but also to catch up with old friends. Dawn will be missed by myself and so many others. I pray Hatem makes a fast and speedy recovery. My thoughts and prayers are with their families and loved ones. I'm reminded how short life can be. May she rest in peace.

Wow....whether or not you know someone personally on here, to lose a VJ family member through death (regardless of the positive and negative we are ALL family here) it is still a shock. My thoughts and meditations go out to Hatem and families.

I tossed and turned all night last night in complete guilt that I was still here and Dawn is not. :crying: I'm a complete mess here at work. I know, in life, she wouldn't want us crying over her but she would rather us celebrate the time that God allowed us to get to know her. It doesn't help the heartache any but I'm so trying to do that. She was also one of the first girls I had spoken with when I joined VJ and helped me navigate my way around. I was so VJ illiterate back then. (F)

May Allah let us all help each other heal from this tragic event.
