With 2 kids, you can easily prove that marriage was bona fide. File I-751 with waiver. You dont have to wait when your GC will expire. You must file as soon as you get separated from your wife. But I-751 will be adjudicated only after divorce decree. You should be fine. The family court will decide about kids cutody-you cannot do anything here. Is she a bad mother too? Maybe it is better for kids not to see fights between mother and father.

I spoke with an immigration lawyer today and he said it will cost me (rough estimate) about 4,000 dollars even at that it is not certain.I don't have that kind of money now. The only alternative to that is to go begging and crawling (I dont know how to pretend to be in love after all have been through) or wait till the expiration date on my temporary green card then pack my stuff and go back to my father land. All i need now is a peace of mind, happiness and keep my self pride.

Russian is right. If two kids doesn't prove marriage was legit then I don't know what does! Gather all the evidence and documentation. Leave with that and start a new chapter in your life. Go talk to a lawyer if it would give you more peace of mind but it looks like you will be fine.
