Creo que tu post lo han movido a la discusión regional/latin america....

En esta parte de los foros podrás ver que hay un post que cubre lo de k1.....

Claro, todo está en ingles, y no se si es que no habla ingles o no...

1. Fotocopia del pasaporte (primera y ultima pagina, o sea la parte de la foto y la parte de la firma), tiene que tener vigencia de por lo menos 6 meses antes de su vencimiento.

Yo le hice fotocopias a todas las paginas de mi pasaporte. Toditas. Me parece que la guia menciona que son todas las paginas.

2. Llenar la forma G-325A en espanol o en ingles. Para una guia mas precisa aqui.

SE llena en ingles!!!

3. Una carta de intento de matrimonio de el o ella, expresando su interes genuino de contraer matrimonio contigo. Una guia para la carta aqui abres el documento que dice "Fiancé Letter of Intent" (en ingles).

La carta de intento es de el Y ella. Asi es de que el escribe una carta, ella escribe una carta, y las dos se mandan juntas, en ingles, por supuesto.

4. Copia del certificado de divorcio o viudez, que indique la terminacion legal de su anterior matrimonio.

NO estoy seguro de esto, ya que no mande esta pieza de documento.

5. Dos fotos tipo visa americana 5x5

Si, y tienen que ser metidas en una bolsita como se indica en la guia

a parte de el formulario I-129F y la forma G-325A.. necesito algo mas???

El link donde esta el guia tiene todo estos detalles.

Claro, hay que manda evidencia--fotos juntos, las estampas de pasaporte, recibos de hoteles (si se tienen), boletos de avion, etc. De nuevo, todo estos detalles estan en la guia.
