5-25-2010 - Delivered to Vermont Service Center & Signed For

6-1-2010 - I-751 Receipt Notice Received in Mail (dated 5/26/10)

*time Passed

7-30-2010 - Biometrics date: August 13, 2010

8-13-2010 - Biometrics Finished

*time passed

8-30-2010 - email received 'card production ordered'

8-31-2010 - touch (updated on uscis as approved)

9-4-2010 - Received 10yr Green Card ** Now we relax **

Congrats to all three of you!!

Concurrent I-130 and AOS

Nov 30 2007 - I enter US as a tourist to spend the ski season with my sweetie and figure out what we both want outta life - we plan on ending up in Canada, but...

Jan 30 2008 - We get married in Vegas! We decide to stay in the US.

Feb 08 2008 - File I-130, I-485, AP and EAD

Feb 11 2008 - Package arrives in Chicago

Feb 19 2008 - Receive NOA 1 for everything except I-485. NOA date Feb 15th

Feb 19 2008 - Touch I-130, AP, EAD

Feb 21 2008 - Receive I-485 NOA 1. NOA Date Feb 15th

Feb 22 2008 - Receive Biometrics notice, dated Feb 20th, for appointment March 11th

Feb 27 2008 - Walk in to Denver field office and have Biometrics taken early as the 11th March I'll be away

Apr 16 2008 - EAD card production ordered

Apr 16 2008 - AP approval sent

Apr 21 2008 - AP received in mail

Apr 21 2008 - EAD card production email received again - strange

Apr 24 2008 - EAD card approval notice sent email

Apr 26 2008 - EAD card received

May 03 2008 - Interview notice received -June 27th

May 22 2008 - Touch on I-485

June 09 2008 - I-130 finally shows up online and shows a touch that day, so does I-485

Jun 27 2008 - Interview - approved, stamped, received card production email. Ya-hoo!!!!

July 10 2008 - Card received

Total time from filing - approval: 4.5 months

MOVED TO SAN DIEGO!!

Lifting of Conditions

June 11 2010 - Package mailed

June 16 2010 - NOA date

July 2 2010 - Bio letter received - July 27th date

July 9 2010 - Early biometrics walk in San Marcos CA

Sept 16 2010 - Card production ordered

Congratulations!!! I'm glad you had a positive experience in Durham. I hope you found the building OK.... we had to drive around a bit before we figured out which one it was, but once we arrived, things went smoothly.

I think we probably had the same interviewer..... she was the only woman that I saw come out to get people, the other two were men. She is a pretty, petite lady with short dark hair..... office about midway down the hall on the right?

I have the official "approval" notice, and the "card ordered" email, but am still running to the mail box each afternoon to look for the actual card!! I feel like such a kid, waiting to see if the tooth fairy left a quarter under my pillow :dance: I will post again once the card is received, so that you'll have an idea of the time frame.

Congrats again, to a fellow NC-er!!

And Happy Canada Day to all the other Canucks out there!!!! :yes:

Congratulations!!! I'm glad to know there's a Durham office. I moved here last year from Florida. We've just sent in our I-751 to lift conditions for my husband. Who knows if we'll need to have another interview or not.

Congrats again!

December 8, 2005 - Married!

January 20th - TSC recieves AOS packet along with EAD petition

January 24th - Recieved NOA1 for AOS and EAD

February 15 - RFE for I-485...request another copy of birth certificates.

March 9, 2006 - Notice that the RFE Documents were received by USCIS

March 10, 14, and 15th 2006 - I-485 TOUCHED!!!

March 23, 2006 - Recieved Biometrics appointment for April 14th for AOS/EAD!!

April 14, 2006 - I-485 and I-765 TOUCHED!! April 18, 2006 - I-485/AOS - TOUCHED!

April 20, 2006 - I-765/EAD APPROVED!! (90th day!) April 24, 2006 - EAD card ARRIVED!!!

April 25, 2006 - Went to apply for SSN...told to come back May 12th!?!

June 9, 2006 - Hubby received Social Security Card! - July 19, 2006 - AOS Touched!

July 28, 2006 - Received Interview Letter! Interview is August 24th - 9:30am

August 24, 2006 - Interview. Approved pending infamous FBI check...

September 27, 2006 - Received welcome letter!

September 30, 2006 - Rcv'd e-mail (3) that the green card has been ordered.

October 5, 2006 - Green card received with error!!!

October 6, 2006 - Sent I-90 form - they received it October 10, 2006

November 17, 2006 - Infopass...received temp I-551 stamp good for one year.

December 19, 2006 - Received corrected green card!

July 1, 2008 - Mailed I-751 to Texas Service Center

July 3, 2008 - TSC received I-751 packet....the wait begins!

July 9, 2008 - TSC cashed I-751 check.

July 12, 2008 - Recieved NOA1 - 1 year extension letter. - July 30, 2008 - Rcv'd Biometric Appt for 8/21/08

April 13, 2009 - Recieved approval for 10 year green card!!
