I HATE WAITING

I'm still waiting from late Januray. So .....110 days and still no noa2. I'm pissed off and stressed to the max. I just emailed them again today and they told me to email back in 45 days if I haven't heard anything. Are you kidding me? I've seen someone with an noa1 from freaking feb 27 get their noa2 through csc already. its bullshit is what it is. I feel like I'm loosing my mind. I try to get positive and stay positive but it just is hard when you keep waiting week after week with no explanation whatsoever. I'm pissed off!!!! Probably would have been easier to get my fiance to come to me in Canada.

OMG I have seen 3 people now with an noa1 from effing first week of march get their noa2's from csc. what the BLEEPin hell is going on here? I swear by the time this ###### is over with it'll be too late cuz I'll be dead from stress.

This is indeed to drive people insane. But hang in there and soon you'll get it. I know I'd be flipping out myself, I'm upset enough that Vermont was issuing NOA2s in 14 days tops and now I'm at 23 and counting, I know I know, A LOT less than you but more than Vermont was doing lately. Now I can only imagine how upset you are, really!

Yes, that's really revolting this waiting!

I don't know what I would do if I were in your place, but I think I wouldn't stop calling untill they gave me a convincent explanation for the delay!

Anyway, there are some cases that are delayed for no appearantly reason! But just hang in there a little bit more... I bet your case will be approved soon! We all are going to celebrate this with you!

I completely understand what you are going through. I am on day 127 myself and no freaking news from these %^*^^*. All they have is scripted information.

I got in touch with my Congresswoman and they are following up on the case.

Hopefully, things will work out for both you and me.

I'm still waiting too. It sucks knowing that there is really no way to get a good explanation as to why we are still waiting after so much time has passed and CSC is giving NOA2s to people who submitted in March. I just keep hoping one of these days some miracle will happen and we'll suddenly get approved. Hang in there - I'm trying to too - and keep me posted!!!

You and I seem to be in the exact same shoes...110 days for me too.....I am so frustrated with this process too, seeing everyone else getting their NOA2, some that applied well into March. It is really not right, or fair. I contacted my congresswoman today, since i am now within processing times, and almost at 120 days..I figured I would get her working on the case. I have not heard back from her as of yet, but I sent her a detailed email, including the emails I rec'd from CSC, as well as sending her a letter to her office with my written authorization to contact the CSC on my behalf. This may be a good idea for you to do as well, go ahead and start contacting your congressperson now, so they can get started inquiring about your case. Maybe they can get somewhere we cannot. Because what CSC is doing to us is just not right!!!! Good luck to us both, you are in my thoughts.

I sure hope you hear something soon. Maybe it's because of this IMB law which is causing further delays. Not that it helps, but it may be a reason it's taking longer, and nothing to do with your actual case. Hang in there!

ya i know how you feel, because i see people getting the F#@$@ NVC letters and approved after me, and i was approved april 13 and nothing!

NOTHING.

I think the same, dont need even work on my papers anymore, ill be dead when this country starts to work on my petition.
