We had hubbys AOS interview in Memphis on April 17, 05. We arrived 30 min ahead of schedule. Was called into the interviewers office, he ask loads of questions and checked them off as he ask. He kept asking the same things over and over. Then he couldn't find what he was looking for a few times, we were in there at least 25 mins. Then he comes up with he needs us to fill out I-601, for inadmissiable and pay just ANOTHER $265. Said to fill out the form and mail in the money to his attention. Well we received a receipt that came from his computer, not a normal NOA and the check was cashed. Hopefully we will get a greencard in.
