i get in then it freezes.

ugh...I hate java. I deal with it daily at work and it has killed any interest I've had in java programming!

June 14, 2007 Sent I130 to Vermont Service Center via USPS overnight

June 15, 2007 Confirmed on usps.com that VSC has received packet

June 29, 2007 Check cashed by USCIS (hey they opened my packet!)

June 30, 2007 Received NOA1

July 7, 2007 I130 touched

July 9, 2007 I130 touched

July 10, 2007 I130 touched

Aug. 24, 2007 I130 touched

Aug. 26, 2007 I130 touched (stop feeling up my husband's case and get him over here, yala!)

Oct. 1, 2007 On my way to Palestine

Oct. 5, 2007 I130 approved, transferrerd to NVC YAY!!!!

Oct. 16, 2007 Return to US, ranks one of the saddest day of my life:(

Oct. 27, 2007 Agent form/AOS bill received from NVC

Nov 1, 2007 Overnighted AOS payment to NVC

Nov. 29, 2007 Received AOS form from NVC

Dec. 20, 2007 overnighted I864 packet to NVC

Yes, I believe so. I hate Java too.

indoor only, i'd be afraid someone would think quitt is too cute and they'd take him home :P

Ooohhh Charles he is a big kitty... love the long hair. Is it a bummer to clean though?

not really. got a vacuum cleaner upstairs and downstairs :P

I am just bawling when reading your message here.

I have not waited as long as you and sometimes feel I wouldnt survive if I had to.

It has been 6 weeks for AP on a CR1 visa.

We feel so hopeless and helpless.

I know we are not alone but the days and nights without our loved ones feel so lonely and incomplete.

I pray so hard that it isnt much longer but I am so afraid the long wait, which I thought was near over, is just beginning again.

The hardest part for us to swallow is knowing we had a chance when he got his K3 visa.

AP for that was only 12 days.

Lawyer told us to wait out the CR1 interview because, our misfortune, brought us the K3 visa in hand and CR1 interview on the same date.

Now I live everyday with guilt over whether we made the right choice or not.

My husband was hit by a car 2 weeks ago. Most of that day I didnt know if he was alive or dead.

Now he is injured and alone and I cant help him, I cant be there for him. I dont have the resources this time to fly there.

The gov't doesnt give a #### about their living conditions, or if they live or die. I just feel awful and I dont know why if they issued his K3 so easy and so quick, why it is taking this long or even, how much longer we will have to live this way.
