As I have mentioned before, I have no sympathies for illegals regarding their hardships of lving and working while hiding and/or getting caught and now face deportation. I am "waiting in line" for my NOA2 patiently. I have spent time to reassure my fiancee that we did do our paperwork correctly. I have also spent time dispelling rumors regarding the USCIS process she had heard from other friends. I have paid my fees and are prepared to pay the other fees that come as part of the process to get My Queen Of The Universe to me.

It really bothers me when I see an article as this link http://ap.google.com/article/ALeqM5iFvCMGf...X8kbXwD91B7U500

Samson Dada, a Nigerian citizen, stayed beyond the expiration of his tourist visa in 1998. He married an American the following year and soon began trying to obtain a visa as an immediate relative of a citizen. But Dada and his wife apparently failed to submit some documents, causing immigration officials to deny the visa.

Can you guess which documents they failed to submit?!

Immigration authorities recently ruled that Dada had entered a "sham" marriage in order to stay in the United States, but that finding was not part of the court's consideration.

I honestly think it was part of the reason for denial based on the tonnage of advice and warnings form nearly every legit source (especially watching atty. Michael J Gurfinkle on Citizen Pinoy)

I think the judiciary is fast getting to be just as bad as lawyers...

I agree with you 100%. I have no sympathy at all for any supposed hardships an illegal endures. This ruling is a slap in the face to those who are following the laws and regulations.

Agree with you, it is ridiculous what the court did, and it was all the liberal lackeys on it that voted that way. It is not right and totally unfair to people like you that follow the law. But you do not get rewarded for it, you get insulted or attacked on here by liberal immigration lawbreakers. This will be closed down, for Congress is about to pass new immigration laws this summer that will stop all this nonsense with illegal immigration.

Illegals have no rights what so ever in the USA and are lawbreakers. Deport and to jail they go, and fine/punish anyone that hires them or rents to them or lets them bank with them.

I guess in some instances you just have to drive the point home over and over before 'the voices in certain people's heads' shut themselves long enough to realize their own pitiful meandering only serves to dispel their gospel as trash.

Another go???? What you batty nutjob you!:lol:

When that starts to happen on a consistent and regular basis, that will be the day I believe that America is serious about dealing with illegal immigration. Combine that with one last amnesty and we're good to go.

There will be no amnesty this time. Enforcement is happening now and it is getting stricter each day and month as we sit and type away on here. Illegal border crossings are down, employers are being punished for hiring illegals, illegals are leaving states each year and going back since each year more states pass their own laws to deal with illegals since the do nothing Democrat Congress with it's 13% approval rating does nothing.
