Need answer for AOS fee bill,,,?!?!?!?!

First of all hi to everybody,...

Have question about AOS fee bill,...I received DS-3032 and AOS fee bill on June 6th and same date i send AOS fee bill 70$ by regular mail,..after couple days I called NVC and ask them for IIN number and they gave to me,so i can check online status of AOS fee bill,...Today I signed up on page and status was PAID for AOS fee bill,..but i can not print receipt or how it's called coversheet (on NVC online sing in page it wouldn't allow me to print it)! ,.. so I can mail my I-864 to the NVC,....How come is that about receipt i can not print it?? And about that DS-3032 ,my wife e-mailed to NVC DS-3032 and we did not receive response from NVC yet,...So for IV Application Processing fee status said,.. NOT INVOICED (that's because they didn't approve DS-3032 yet) Am I correct???

And that receipt or coversheet letter (when I print it out from NVC) it's uses with I-864 to send to NVC or,..???I am confused about that receipt usage can someone explain to me about that receipt,..? Thanks ,..

we have the same situation regarding the ds230.. my husband emailed his choice of agent last june 8th i called the NVC regarding the choice of agent email and they said they received it but they didnt enter it to the system yet, she said they still processing the june 5th email... i guess i still need to wait... once they enter it to the system lets wait and check the online status until it change to PAID and print the AOS and DS23o together and mail it.

about the AOS, the operator i talked to she said i can make a payment for AOS.. i havent pay may AOS yet bec im still waiting for the ds230 so i can pay it the same time. hopefully less than 1 week they will generate my ds230 once they enter my choice of agent...

call them regarding the sheet why is not printing... does the site said its PAID already? goodluck

Yes it's said for AOS fee bill PAID,..but for IV fee bill it's said NOT INVOICED ,..I think because of DS-3032 didn't entered sistem yet but i hope it will be enter in couple days because my wife send it by email on June 6th,... And one more thing because I can not print my receipt is because IV fee bill is not PAID yet,and when i pay for IV fee bill I will be able to print receipt for AOS and IV fee bill,...I think it works like that,...??!!

you can mail the AOS ahead of time or if you can wait for them to generate the ds230 you can mail it the same time to NVC...

thats what i though too.. my IV bill is the same thing NO INVOICE, i think bec they havent enter the choice of agent in the system yet... lets wait and pray.. i hope everything turns out alright....

by the way my husband didnt mail the choice of agent bec it will take a long time to send it by mail. if your wife email the NVC the choice of agent atleast you guyz will save a month or so.... it will save time instead of mailing it.

Yes, she did she e-mailed DS-3032 Choice of agent to NVC on June 6th,..but still we didn't get replay back from NVC yet,..I don't know how long it is going to take till NVC replay back,...And I hope it is going to be everything ok,.. I wish you good luck on your case too,I hope it will end soon this nightmare,....it is a lot of paperwork,..

Finnaly today she got e-mail from NVC,....e-mail accepted(Agent of choice) ,and AOS fee bill shows as PAID,... Good luck to you too,..hope you will get yours AOC accepted in day or two,... GOOD LUCK,...

Hi guys,

Regarding DS 3032: NVC takes usually 5 business days to reply for the agent of choice. Yes, there's an auto response right after you email the choice of agent.

Regarding paying the fees: you cannot pay them at the same time. First you pay the AOS fee (online or at hte bank), only after you send the I-864 barcode with supporting documents you'll be able to pay the IV fee bil and print the barcode and send it with supporting documents. For each procedure it takes some time because NVC must enter the docs to their system, that's why sometimes you'll hear that they received your mail but not yet enter them into their system, and until it happens you wont be able start paying the next bill.

So, for instance, for you Goxi82 who got their reply in acceptance of choice of agent, you might be able to pay the AOS fee bill in a few days, just give them a call and check when this will be possible.

For every step when you're depending on them to move on, the best thing is to keep calling them day in day out so you'll be sure that you're right on track about your case and will know when it's time for you to do your part of the job.
