last time, wait 60 days and then file complaint...

today 60 days later... wait 3 months then call and file service request, BUT they MAY decide to change timelines and GO BACKWARDS again with processing dates and therefore may tell me the same farquing ballshut again 3 months later... lets see.. July, August, September...

SO do we know which dates USCIS goes by? Is it the "received date" or "notice date"?

I believe they go by whatever they feel like going by.

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

she seemed to say received date.... but what the hell does it matter when they arbitrarily change timeline...

I did catch her in a subtle utterance that they are "barely" (her words) processing I-130s.

I REALLY need some kind of timeline... not quick approval. I have no idea what is reasonable.

given it's at it's most rapid fire and trouble free a 1/2 year to a year to go from NOA 1 to interview, mabye, that's a reasonable time frame.

just because these retarded prucks give you no timeline doesn't mean I want to keep playing the carrot on a stick game with my wife, I'd rather say he's going to be 3 or 4 years.

Well, I just got a reply from my senator...same predictable lines of

- All service centers are supposed to share the same workload and timetables but unfortunately blah blah blah some are faster than others blah blah blah.

- The USCIS timelines are set by USCIS and USCIS only, and there is no legal precedent to change those. Technically USCIS can tell everyone to wait 2 years because USCIS has set the timeframe to 2 years. And there isn't anything anyone can do about it.

All in all, the Senator has been completely useless, but his webpage does say "Cares about immigration". Looks good on paper.
