Hi VJ,

our case was completed on April 28 2008. To date the NVC has told me that i was not scheduled for May, June or July.

Does any one have any thoughts on this. I remember reading that the Dept of State has a number to call, is this still an option and if so what is that number.

Jun 21 07 - USCIS Website - Petition Received June 21 07 and I 797 sent

Oct 16 07 - Called USCIS - No NOA 1 Recieved - Told it was never mailed and they will now send it

Oct 17 07 - Touched - Most likely due to Call and NOA 1 Request

Oct 24 07 - NOA 1 in Mail

Jun 12 07 - ACTUAL receipt/ priority date on NOA 1

Nov 15 07 - Touch

Nov 16 07 - Website = Approval Notice Sent on Nov 15

NVC Phase

Nov 27 07 - Entered in NVC System

Was in AP @ NVC for almost 3 months

Feb 18 08 - DS 3032 & AOS Fee Bill Mailed

Feb 21 08 - Email DS 3032 to NVC

The number for Dept of State is 202 663 1225 Option 1 and then 0

Called the Dept of State, they essentially said it is in the hands of the NVC, all computerized but I 129 have priority of I 130 so i have to wait.

Well hopefully in August.

I still never understand why I-129 gets so much priority. I've been waiting since May8, still no date in sight. Kingston says they are waiting for NVC, NVC says they are waiting for Kingston. Jeesh....somebody just get my petition an interview already.
