Who gives a damn what the rest of the world thinks, there is only one number at the top of the list that matters and that is in the USA - McCain 60% v. Ovomit 59%, get used to it, McCain is going to win in 08! :yes:

This is the attitude that has led the US into having such grevious problems internationally and will spell serious problems for the US internally if it continues unabated. Fortunately, many previously insulated Americans are beginning to realize that they are not the only ones in the Universe.:-). Welcome to the World. (I am surprised to find such a narrow minded viewpoint, though, on a forum dedicated to joining together Americans with foreign spouses).

from what zqt has said on other threads supposedly her SO is the US citizen which is why I kind of find her views a little surprising.... :blink:

The majority of Americans are so self absorbed they have no clue whats going on with the rest of the world and how much our actions and economy here in the US matters.
