Hey guys I need your help again...

Is the form I-134 should be notarized in the US with the laywer there and where he will sign, is it in the portion where it says "OATH OR AFFIRMATION OF SPONSOR?" I got my husband I-134 but noticed he didn't put his signature and that it wasn't notarized.

Your answer would be very much appreciated.

Thank you!

Ours was stamped and signed on the second page on the end part. You should get it notarized or it will be invalid. I-134 is one of the most important requirements USE will ask from you. You still have time to fix it. Good luck marea

NO. The AOS for CR1 is I-864 and dont need to be notarized. You're good Edith.

Just so you know, unlike K1s, your case wont even reach the US embassy in Manila if your AOS is not ok.

by the way, there's no need for a lawyer to be involved in the affidavit of support. Notaries can be found many places, I went to one who works for my company, that way I didn't have to pay for it.

 any public notary can do it. hopefully you'll get it before the interview, so you will not have an unnecessary delay with the issuance of your visa.

Hi everyone thanks for the help really appreciated... I also browse the instruction for that form and it says it should be brought to the USCIS for their affirmation for free.

I think my husband didn't have the time reading it because he's been working 10hrs a day... poor him. Wish his company would consider his hardwork and give him promotion. He said he'll gonna visit immigration and have it affirm there soon. When done he'll send it by Wednesday through FedEx... Wish it could make it before my interview date..
